Lipno meadows

A unique project in a very special area, which, as only one of its kind in the Czech Republic, combines both summer and winter recreational activities. The project will offer from 23 to 26 lodges on plots from 400 do 600 m². Located just 300m from the Lipno reservoir and 800m from town centre of Lipno nad Vltavou.
At the resort you can find several attractions and places for sporting activities among skiing, crosscountry skiing, a snowboard park, ice-skating and a year-round bobsled track in winter-time while in summer there are beaches, yachting, water sports, a biking park, an aqua park, a wellness centre and spa, golf, fishing, Nordic walking, in-line skating and other possibilities.
On the other hand, the location of the project offers a tranquil and peaceful surrounding in among forests and meadows in pristine nature slightly aside from the busier resort parts. Meaning that you can enjoy two separate lives. One full of fun and excitement, the other at one with nature in the tranquillity of your lodge.
